INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF PARLIAMENTARYSM

Abstract
The conditions of the existence of the institution of parliamentarysm in the political system of society are shown. The general functions of parliament are described. The peculiarities of functioning of parliaments of different states are revealed. The last tendencies of development of world parliamentarysm are determined.
