International legal acts in the field of legal protection of intellectual property in biotechnology

Abstract
The analysts of the actual creation of legal regulation of intellectual property on the basis of international legal acts such as the “Convention on the Protection of Biodiversity”, Directive 1998/44/EU, “Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the EU member states” have been attempted. in coincidence with the creation of the scope of legal protection – biotechnology in the classical sense in order to transparently prospect legal integration in a globalized world.
