International legal acts in the field of legal protection of intellectual property rights for medicinal products

Abstract
The article briefly analyzes the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation through the prism of international legal acts, namely: TRIPS (Agreement on Trade Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights), Directive 2001/83 / EC, “Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the EU member states”, and legal argumentation of fragments of world experience in the field of legal protection of intellectual property rights for medicinal products.
