International legal regulation by ensuring the observance of the migrant workers rights at a universal level

Abstract
The article deals with universal international treaties, which disclose the issues of ensuring the rights of migrant workers, as well as the obligations of states in the appropriate context. The author analyzed the existing problems in the question of what actions in relation to foreign workers are discrimination and suggested solutions to existing problems. The author also analyzed how ensuring the rights of labor migrants at a universal level affects Ukrainian citizens.
