INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: CONFLICT – LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article discusses some issues of legal regulation relating to international shipping, examined through the prism of international private law. Some problems of the legal regulation of international relations of a private law character associated with the passenger’s shipping are analyzed.
