International standards in the field of social security

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of international social standards, their legal characteristics and their impact on sources of social security law. Detailed safeguards under the Social Security (Minimum Standards) Convention ILO 1952 (No. 102) were examined and the norms of the current legislation were found to be in conflict with international social standards. The necessity of taking into account these standards and creating specific legal mechanisms that will allow implementation of international norms and principles will be emphasized.
