INTERPRETATION OF THE WILL ACCORDING TO THE CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The issues of correlation of legal rules interpretation, juridical act interpretation and testament interpretation are investigated in the article. The authors provide the concept testament interpretation. It is grounded that it is reasonable to entitle other interested persons to interpret the testament. The algorithm of testament interpretation methods application is researched, including the judicial practice.
