INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF TRAINING IN BRANCH ASSOCIATION VTEI OF A RAILWAY PROFILE

Abstract
Abstract. The public initiative of educators of railway branch of Ukraine has allowed to issue organizational the general interests by creation of "Association of the state institutions of vocational training of Ukraine of a railway profile". The purpose of creation of Association – association of creative efforts on vocational training of qualified workers for enterprises Ukrzaliznytsi, with use of innovative projects and electronic tutorials, introduction of positive domestic and foreign experience in the organisation of educational process VTEI. The special attention is given by pedagogical workers of schools to introduction in educational process of computer technics and the newest techniques of training. Creative collectives of teachers of professional subjects on working out of programmno-methodical maintenance of educational process have been for this purpose created. Certificate reception on preparation of experts of railway branch from the company «International Education Society Ltd, London» has caused an absolute must of modernisation of educational process in railway educational institutions, in particular – introduction of innovative technologies of training. It has induced workers of Association to develop and introduce in educational process electronic software for inservice training, computer programs-simulators for reproduction of technological operations of workers of a locomotive brigade in standard and emergencies during train movement, an electronic software in a subject "Management, maintenance service and electric locomotive operation" and the electronic textbook "the Structure and repair of electric locomotives", etc. In article the conclusion becomes that along with introduction of innovative technologies of training in VTEI a railway profile it is necessary to give great attention to education of the future railwaymen on an example of the senior generations of workers of Ukrzaliznytsi, providing thus continuity of generations, traditions and the advanced expertise. On immediate prospects expedient sees studying of experience of preparation and high technologies of training of the future railwaymen in such leading countries-leaders of this branch as Germany, South Korea, France, Japan.
