Abstract
E. Zinchenko, D. Pawliszczy, D. Zinchenko. Investment resources: essence, mechanism of attraction and role in the economic development of the enterprise. The article is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodical approaches to the formation of the mechanism of attraction of investment resources. A brief overview of statistical information on the current state of investment activity in Ukraine was carried out and the emphasis was placed on the need to implement urgent measures to intensify innovation and investment activity in order to increase the investment attractiveness of the domestic economy. On the basis of the analysis of statistical-analytical data, it is proved that, against a background of a few-year fall, Ukraine's economy, albeit slowly, begins to reborn. And according to the classical formula at the stage of the crisis, investment and innovation resources are emerging as essential. The role of investments in the economic development of the enterprise is outlined. The author analyzes the approaches of authors to the definition of the essence of concepts related to investment and innovation activity in order to find advanced methods of managing the formation of the mechanism of investment resources attraction. The author's vision of the term "investment resources" is proposed as follows: "Investment resources represent all types of values that are invested in the objects of the enterprise in order to increase economic results, namely profit growth, market value of the enterprise and the income of its owners". Methodological approaches to the development of a model of investment attraction taking into account typical variants of such a model have been improved. The author's advanced methodology of substantiation of expediency of introduction of investments is outlined by developing a system of measuring the planned level of economic development of the enterprise with economic and financial positions.
