Journal Title: ÇOMÜ Ziraat Fakültesi Dergisi - Year 2018, Vol 6, Issue 1
Abstract
In this study, pesticide residues were investigated in open field tomato cultivation performed in Çanakkale province in 2017 by taking into account the IPM and traditional farming. For this purpose, tomatoes sampled from Dardanos, Dümrek and Çıplak villages the experimental parcels according to the Standard Sampling Method of TR-Ministry of Agriculture. QuEChERS analytical method, which is applied successfully on international level, has been used for the analyses. Chromatographic analyzes were performed on an LCMS/MS (Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer). According to the results of analysis, no pesticide residues exceeded the MRL level. Only the residue level of chlorpyrifos-methyl, fenamidone, propamocarb and pyrimethanil is found above the limit of quantification (LOQ). The obtained values were found well below the MRL.
