INVESTIGATION OF THE PROCESS OF DOUBLE-SIDED GRINDING OF TORCHES OF PUSHERS WITH DIFFERENT DIAMETERS

Abstract
The three-dimensional geometric modeling of the instruments, the process of removing the abutment and shaping of the two-sided grinding of the pusher blades with different diameters of parts and circles with non-rotating parts during grinding is proposed. The machining of parts is done by oriented profiled grinding wheels. The details are in the processing area in a pair of quantities to balance the effect of cutting forces.
