Abstract
The paper dwells on predictive analysis of investment sector of the economy and improvement of processes by the state authorities. The problems of regulation of system interrelations of all socio-economic system elements are researched as well as provision and application of new forms, methods and economic instruments that program innovative growth and competitive leadership in global economic space.
