Irak jako państwo upadłe na Bliskim Wschodzie

Abstract
On the failed states index prepared by the Foreign Policy journal and the American think‑thank The Found for Peace Iraq for many years is placed on the first top ten. One of the reasons of the state collapse was American intervention on Iraq in 2003 which lead to the decline power and law in Iraq in the first years after intervention. Article presents the influence of states and non‑states in Iraq’s stabilization and destabilization and threats which Iraqi state pose to the region of the Middle East which are: illegal migration, terrorism, organized crime, drug trafficking.
