Abstract
This study copes with social policies for the work-life life balance programs for protecting the integrity of family structure that are in working life. Try to evaluate what work-family life balance programs are and the reason for the need to these policies, then the application of those policies for the family members and especially for women employees. Social policies for work-life life balance programs for employees will be examined in Germany, Sweden, Greece and Turkey with respect to their different welfare level. Turkey's membership process and possible full membership have introduced different policies and practices towards the families regarding the legal practices that ensure the balance of work-family life on the labor market. However, it is not easy for these regulations to become effective in practice. It is clear that policies already implemented in Turkey towards work-family life balance tend to preserve the traditional-conservative family structure, which presents that Turkey has lagged behind other countries studied in terms of employment, childcare and family leave.
