Issues of evaluation of structural and functional human capital in the context of innovative economy

Abstract
Problems of analysis of structural and functional human capital in terms of enterprise’s innovative activity are considered in the Appraisal models of human capital are reviewed. The author proposes the complex of techniques for estimation of human capital within the structural, functional and innovative dynamics, which can be practically used in management systems’ appraisal process.
