Abstract
This article analyzes the role of systematizing and harmonizing legislation in resolving legal conflicts. It identifies the causes of duplication, contradictions, and inconsistencies arising in the legislative process and outlines effective methods of systematization to eliminate them. The paper focuses on the concepts of codification and consolidation, emphasizing their importance in resolving conflicts between legal documents.
