ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ КРИСТАЛЛОГРАФИИ СЛЕЗЫ ПРИ ХОРИОРЕТИНАЛЬНОЙ ДИСТРОФИИ СЕТЧАТКИ

Abstract
Authors have studied 24 cases with chorioretinal dystrophy of the retina. Of them 16 cases were with dry form of macular degeneration of the retina. All patients underwent crystallograms of tears. In this case, crystallization in chorioretinal dystrophies were mainly marked by elements of fern crystallizations. Visible coarse tattered stems, from it departs a variety of secondary branches of the branch of the second order. When there are huge sources of macular degeneration of the retina with narrow vessels on the fundus, crystals without the main stems of the fern are visible. The crystals are scattered all around the perimeter, there is no order. Seen separately formed differently caliber crystals are not associated with each other, which indicates a gross violation of both hemodynamics and a violation of local immunity. In cases where after xenoplasty there was an improvement in visual functions in crystallograms, some straight stems appeared, fern crystallizations
