Изменения в методах финансового регулирования социальных пропорций в России

Abstract
В работе рассмотрены методы финансового регулирования социальных пропорций. Особое внимание уделено проблеме социальных диспропорций и дифференциации доходов граждан. Приводятся различные примеры налогового регулирования в России и других странах, анализируется структура среднедушевых доходов населения России. Более подробно рассмотрены последние изменения в налоговых методах регулирования социальных пропорций на примере реформирования налоговых вычетов и налоговых льгот для определенных групп граждан РФ. Проанализированы перспективы использования данных изменений в методах финансового регулирования социальных пропорций.
