Jakość i bezpieczeństwo żywności i żywienia w świetle badań jednostek nadzoru

Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono stan bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego oraz jakości handlowej wybranych grup produktów spożywczych. Przetwory rybne należą do grupy produktów, które stanowią największy odsetek zakwestionowanych prób poddanych badaniom. Poprawiła się jakość produktów mięsnych i przetworów mleczarskich. Nadal spotyka się interwencyjne zamknięcia placówek, które nie dostosowały się do obecnych wymagań z zakresu bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego. W województwie pomorskim największy odsetek niezgodności zarejestrowano w obiektach produkcji żywności, w samej Gdyni w placówkach handlowych. Korzystnie przedstawiają się wśród gdyńskich obiektów kontrolowanych przez Sanepid zakłady żywienia zbiorowego typu zamkniętego.
