JUDICIAL CONTROL OVER MEANS OF OBTAINING INFORMATION FROM A PERSON IN A CRIMINAL PRE-TRIAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article investigates judicial control over means of obtaining information from a person in a criminal pre-trial proceeding. The reasons for the judicial control over the means of obtaining information from a person in pre-trial proceedings are determined. The issue of the existence of deficiencies in judicial control over the means of obtaining information from a person during the pre-trial investigation is being investigated. Changes to the procedural legislation of Ukraine to increase the effectiveness of the means of obtaining information from a person in a criminal pre-trial proceeding are proposed. Investigation of departmental control and prosecutorial supervision of means for obtaining information from a person in a criminal pre-trial proceedings are defined as further promising directions of scientific work.
