JUDICIAL DECISION AS AN INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACT IN THE CONTEXT OF THE REQUIREMENT OF A FAIR TRIAL

Abstract
The article deals with institutional and procedural guarantees of the right to a fair trial. The author determines the place of the requirements to judicial decisions in the system of these guarantees. The central place among such requirements is the reasonableness of the court decision.
