Judicial reform as an integral part modern political process in Ukraine

Abstract
Approved by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on June 2nd, 2016, Law of Ukraine «Regarding implementation of changes into Constitution of Ukraine (regarding justice)» and Law of Ukraine «Regarding Judicial System and Judges» – already with constitutional changes considered, are being analyzed under judicial authority`s depoliticization point of view, aimed at preventing the influence of political parties and state bodies, which are formed and operate with their direct participation, on formation and functioning of judicial power.
