JUSTICE AND EQUALITY - AS A MORAL VIRTUE

Abstract
The article shows that throughout the historical development of mankind, it has glorified certain ideas and universal values. These values fully manifest their spiritual, moral, social and legal aspects in all spheres. Such values also include the ideas of justice and equality. First of all, when we think about justice and equality, we witness their exaltation as moral virtues. An important aspect of defining a person as an individual is that his dynamic characteristics widely illuminate the consideration of specific ideas and universal values throughout the historical development of mankind, while simultaneously glorifying ideas and universal values. These values fully manifest their spiritual, moral and socio-legal aspects in all spheres. In particular, the great scientists of the Renaissance left us the legacy of their philosophical thinking, reflecting it in their works. In these works of art, the ideas of justice and equality are also included in a number of values. The idea of justice is an ancient value. The environment, people and the society in which they live play an important role in the formation of a person's personality in society. One of the factors that influences a person and his psychology is the influence of education. Education shapes the mind, worldview, beliefs and attitude of a person to life. Adults are a mirror in which youth is reflected. In this regard, Abdullah Avloni said: "In order for a child to be healthy and happy, it is necessary to raise him well, keep his body clean, instill good manners and manners in him from an early age, and protect him from bad manners. The main thing is that our behavior is beautiful - this is education."
