JUSTIFICATION OF CRITERIA FOR OPTIMIZING THE OPERATING MODES OF THE MEDIUM DEVICE MATRIX

Abstract
This study developed and substantiated criteria for optimizing the operating modes of the cutting device matrix. Measuring devices are widely used in modern industry in processes requiring high accuracy and efficiency. Determining the optimal operating parameters of these devices allows for improved technological results, increased energy efficiency, and reduced operating costs. The study investigated the relationship between the main factors influencing the operating processes of the device, including the physical and mechanical properties of the materials, the angle of sharpening, the speed of movement, pressure, and temperature. Mathematical modeling and experimental methods were used to optimize operating modes. The results showed that determining optimal operating modes for the device matrix allows for a 15-20% increase in product quality and the efficiency of the technological process. These criteria significantly reduce energy consumption while ensuring long-term operation of the device. This study serves to develop universal operating modes for cutting devices. The results have significant practical importance in increasing the level of automation of industrial processes and ensuring the stable operation of technological systems.
