JUSTIFICATION PARAMETERS OF PORTABLE MILLING SECTION FOR SOIL PROCESSING IN THE AREAS FRUIT PLANTS

Abstract
One components technology of growing fruit and berry crops is the process of tillage in perennial plants. The quality its performance is determined by indicators that depend on the functionality technical means used. The existing technical facilities do not fully meet the high-quality indicators soil treatment set by agricultural demands, especially in the rows perennial plants. Carried out researches have allowed to establish that the safety distance across the series should not be less than 0.20 m in each direction, and trunks along the line 0.38 m and to establish the optimal size of the extension section is 0.55 m. Numerical modeling of bypass trunks conditions allowed us to obtain the trajectory of the knives of the turning section when processing soil in a row of trees. The original design of the external section of the horticultural cutter is proposed, the use of which will improve the accuracy and quality of processing of the interstellar zone of the row spacing of garden plantings
