К вопросу о понятии социально–экономическое развитие муниципальных образований

Abstract
Статья посвящена анализу понятия социально-экономическое развитие муниципального образования. Использованы методы анализа документов, проанализированы основные тенденции и подходы к данному понятию как социальному явлению современного общества. В развитии территории региона Российской Федерации, повышения качества жизни особую роль играют муниципальные образования. Показана роль кадровой политики в решении вопросов социально-экономического развития муниципальных образований.
