Abstract
Целевыми ориентирами использования капитала земельных и лесных ресурсов являются: учет стоимости земельных и лесных ресурсов в составе экономических активов, создание эффективной системы кадастров; рациональное использование ресурсов и их секьюритизация; корпоратизация прав пользования; определение земельного и лесного капитала как базы налогообложения; внедрение инновационных форм земельно-имущественного и лесоресурсного менеджмента; обоснование стратегий социально-экономического развития регионов и территориальных общин.<br/><br/>
