КАТЕГОРІЯ РИНОК ПЛОДІВ І ЯГІД В СУЧАСНОСТІ

Abstract
Розкрито теоретичні аспекти розвитку вітчизняного ринку плодів і ягід з позиції теперішньої ринкової економіки. Встановлено, що його за типологією можна вважати наближеним до моделі «чиста конкуренція». Розглянуто основні економічні параметри цього ринку (попит, пропозиція, ціна). Визначено причини, через які попит на плоди і ягоди стає нееластичним, і чинники, що сприяють збільшенню еластичності.
