Kentlerde Çevresel Kalite Endeksini Değerlendirmek İçin Bir Sistem Gerçekleştirimi: Isparta İli Örneği

Abstract
Along with developing technology, environmental conditions can be observed easily and dangerous situations that may occur can be prevented quickly. As a result of these developments, environmental conditions are also taking into consideration for the assessment of life quality index in cities, towns and urban areas. In this paper, a new modal of life quality index is proposed with taking into consideration temperature, humidity, noise and oxygen levels in urban areas. For this purpose, measurements were made in various districts in Isparta by using a circuit, thus a life quality index based map was made. When compared obtained results with people’s residential area choices who live in Isparta; it is understood that they are fully compatible with each other.
