KETAATAN SISWA DALAM MEMATUHI TATA TERTIB SEKOLAH (Studi Kasus Pada Siswa SMA Nusantara Indah Sintang)

Abstract
This research was conducted at SMA Nusantara Indah Sintang entitled: “The Obedience ofStudents in Obeying School Rules (Case Study SMA Nusantara Sintang). The problem of theresearch is “How is the obedience of students in obeying the shcool rules?”. The purpose ofthe research is to know how the obedience of the students in obeying the school rules. Thisresearch used descriptive qualitative case study. The data was collected from thequestionnaire, interview, and the documentation. The result of the research shows that 1) Theobedience of the students in obeying the school rules is good, yet some students are stilldisobedient to the school rules. 2) The response of the students to the punisment for thestudents who are still disobedient to the school rules is good. 3) The school’s effort towardsthe rules is good, but the proportion of the reward and punishment must be balanced.For the suggestion, it is expected that the school will make the rules stricter and balance thereward and relevant punishment.
