Key aspects of the quality management system on the production stages

Abstract
The need for an integrated, systematic approach to quality management as part of an effective enterprise management system, designed to increase profitability by producing high quality products has been considered in the article. The basic system processes quality control are seen as key elements of economic mechanism of functioning of the company. Determined the feasibility and importance of their integration into the overall system of an economic management. The analysis of quality control functions as a separate business process management aim of which is to increase competitiveness. The basic directions of the company on quality management, reasonable goals for further development and selection of ways to achieve them.
