KEY ISSUES OF THE CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF UKRAINE ON THE GLOBAL PRIMARY MARKETS

Abstract
Theoretical aspects of primary markets globalization and primary goods trad-ing features have been studied in the article. It has been proved that the downtrend in primary markets is a long-term one. The facts that contribute Ukrainian economy position in global markets have been determined. The negative consequences of primary sector predominance to the national economy have been analyzed and confirmed through the reports of State Statistics Service. The action of "the resource curse" in the agricultural primary market has been traced. The necessity of cardinal revision of Ukrainian economy development paradigm and the importance of quality of the reforms aimed at effective institutions formation have been proved.
