Abstract

Competences of the Teacher in the Education of Pre-school and Early-school Education — a Review of Polish Approaches and Theoretical Concepts The article discusses the problem of the competences which a kindergarten and an early education teacher should have. Taking into consideration various criteria, the division of the competences according to different authors was presented. In addition, the attention was put on the issues which are still controversial in Polish education, e.g. multiple intelligences.
