Abstract
В Україні в основному закладено конституційні засади розвитку сільськогосподарського землекористування, прийнято ринково- орієнтований Земельний кодекс України і ряд базових нормативно- правових актів, які створюють правові й організаційні основи організації екологобезпечного, соціально- орієнтованого та економічно ефективного використання й охорони земель.
