Abstract
Mikhailova L.I., Baga L.G. Concepts of realization of organizational culture in modern agrarian enterprises of Ukraine. The article deals with the problems of forming the organizational culture of agricultural enterprises for depopulation of the population. For the agriculture of Ukraine, the realities of the present increasingly demand from the entrepreneur a long-term strategy for the preservation of labor resources, which is especially relevant for rural production, where the demographic situation is increasingly complicated both through narrowing the natural reproduction of the population and as a result of a significant outflow of residents from rural areas. Unfortunately, in recent decades there has been a clear decline in both the rural population and its economically active part, greatly reducing the labor potential of the village. Formation of organizational culture in agribusiness is directly related to the type of enterprise, the specificity of the relationship employee-owner in them. For farm enterprises it is natural to have an organizational culture that preserves family values. The agricultural partnerships of the co-owners should aim at creating a group of like-minded people with common goals. The application of the concept of organizational culture in agricultural enterprises of the corporate type is based on the orientations for the development of corporate spirit and corporate culture, which combines the common values, values of the organization and personal values of the workers. At the same time, in any agrarian enterprise it is necessary to rely on the traditional values of the Ukrainian village. Realities of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine require a new awareness of the significance of the impact on employees for long-term strategic planning of development not only of this form of business, but also of the territory on which the agrarian business is carried out. The modern organizational culture of agrarian enterprises should be realized through a dualistic combination of the national concept of the development of Ukrainian culture and the basic principles of labor relations in a market environment. Key words: organizational culture, national mentality, labor relations, agrarian enterprise, motivation, working conditions, depopulation.
