Koncepcja struktury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstw wysokich technologii

Abstract
W opracowaniu określono istotę i cechy struktury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstw high-tech w korelacji do poszczególnych czynników strukturotwórczych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na relacje między technologią, innowacyjnością i zarządzaniem wiedzą a rozwiązaniem organizacyjnym w tego typu firmach. Wynikiem podjętych rozważań teoretycznych wzbogaconych wynikami badań eksperckich jest zaproponowany model struktury organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa wysoko technologicznego.
