Konflik Bersenjata Israel Palestina Menurut Hukum Internasional

Abstract
Relation between Israel and Palestina are still of international concern to this day. This conflict not only has a geopolitical impact in the middle east region, but also has other impacts in the economic, social and political fields. This article analyzes the situation of the Israel Palestinian armed conflict which to this day is still not finished, which is also of international concern. In this article analyzes the Israeli-palestinian conflict based on the rules of international law. The rules in international law themselves are very important because they are closely related to how law enforcement and respect for humanitarian values, human rights principles and armed conflict are also clearly regulated in internatinonal law.This article explains the rules of war in armed conflict according to international law, how the law of war apply according to international law. The type of research in this writing is normative legal research. In conclusion, armed conflict must continue to comply with the rules of international law followed by presence of humanitarian law to ensure the upholding of humanitarian values and human rights.
