Konsekwencje zdrowotne pracy w systemie zmianowym

Abstract
Praca jest dla człowieka źródłem korzyści zarówno materialnych jak i społecznych. Może mieć ona jednak także niekorzystny, a nawet szkodliwy wpływ na zdrowie i samopoczucie. W pracy zmianowej występuje znamiennie więcej czynników szkodliwych niż w pracy dziennej. Inny od naturalnego rozkład czasu pracy wpływa na takie aspekty życia pracownika, jak: sen, sposób odżywania, funkcjonowanie układu pokarmowego, nerwowego, a także ogólne samopoczucie, kondycję psychiczną oraz cykl miesięczny u kobiet. Negatywne skutki dla zdrowia pracownika zmianowego pogłębiają się wraz z rosnącym stażem pracy.
