Abstract
In this article, the author presents theories of epic adaptations for the fi lm environment, focusing on the analysis of "multiplatform storytelling” tendencies, where the environments are complemented, usually functioning harmoniously together, creating complex universes where links and intermedia references contribute to the realization of ways of telling the worlds (mostly fictitious) that can be captivating for a diversified audience.
