Kryzys finansowy i gospodarczy a problem długu publicznego i deficytu budżetowego państw Unii Europejskiej

Abstract
The article discusses the main problems of public finance European Union countries after the financial crisis that began in 2007 in the United States. In particular, an analysis of the evolution of public debt, budget deficit, income and expenditure in the euro area countries, as well as throughout the European Union. As a result, this allowed to assess the impact of the financial crisis on the economic condition of the EU and on public finances. Studies have confirmed that the transformation of the economic recession financial crisis. The problems in the financial market, in particular in the banking sector resulted in significant fluctuations in the public sphere and budget. This situation has forced the state, central banks and international financial institutions to take a number of interventions in the financial markets. As a result, there has been in many European countries sovereign debt crisis. (original abstract)
