LA CORRELATION NATIONALE- COLLECTIVE DANS LA DEFENSE DE LA ROUMANIE

Abstract
Aujourd’hui, on discute forte sur la corrélation entre la défense nationale et collective d’un pays. Ce probleme est valable et compris pour les Etat membres d’une organisation politico-militaire. La defenece nationale doit etre forte dans meme la situation quand un Etat appartiens a une Alliance politico-militaire, par example, comme OTAN, parce que le pouvoir colectif depende significatif de la puissance de chaque pays membre. D'ici la préoccupation constante de la Roumanie pour avoir une défense nationale crédible et compatible avec ses responsabilites assumees en matiere de sécurité et défense collective.
