LABOR-LAW SENSE OF PURPOSEFUL NATURE OF CERTAIN VACATIONS

Abstract
A critical analysis of the concepts of purposeful vacations, which imply the labor-legal sense of the purposeful use of such vacations. The mentioned sense consists, in particular, in the duty of the employee to use vacations for the intended purpose and laborlaw liability for violation of this duty. It is ascertained that in the conditions of the current legislation and the current development of the legal science, the described labor-legal sense can not be imparted to the vacations.
