Labor legislation of Ukraine beginning of the twentieth century: a retrospective formation

Abstract
During the development of independent law, the historical past, the legal heritage of the Ukrainian people are particularly important. Of great importance, in particular, takes research into the history of labor law in Ukraine. Reformation Deployment process creates a fundamentally new relationship between employers and workers, requires the development of new forms of cooperation in order to avoid unwanted conflicts to realize in our country attractive slogan social solidarity and social partnership. Interesting, important and instructive to study and summarize the experience of development and application of labor legislation to regulate labor relations in the early twentieth century in the Ukraine. This period is much like current realities in our country. Therefore, it attracts not only lawyers, but also political scientists, economists, sociologists, psychologists. This is natural, since many problems of formation, development and application of labor law echoes the current time when in our country there is some increase in social tensions. It should be noted that certain aspects of the problem were the subject matter of some domestic lawyers and historians. Therefore, relevant and important both in scientific and practical terms is to study the basic directions of formation and development of national labor legislation is proposed in the period.
