Łagodna symetryczna tłuszczakowatość – zespół Launois-Bensaude’a. Leczenie chirurgiczne

Abstract
Przedstawiamy przypadek zespołu Launois-Bensaude’a, ze względu na jego rzadkie występowania oraz uzyskanie korzystnych efektów po wieloetapowym leczeniu chirurgicznym. Etiologia schorzenia jest nieznana. W wywiadzie często stwierdza się alkoholizm (60–90%), dyslipidemię, dnę, cukrzycę oraz choroby wątroby. U prezentowanego 47-letniego pacjenta stwierdzono nadużywanie alkoholu oraz nieznaczne podwyższony poziom cholesterolu HDL.
