Land and House Planning in Boroujerd city and Determination of the Optimal Direction for Developing the city's space

Abstract
The Scarcity of convenient land for construction versus the swift augment of population and consequently the increasing demand for having a house, makes the families with low or even average income have less access to land market and house and due to this inconvenient constructions has been developed in informal section. The purpose of the present project is Land and house planning in Boroujerd city in order to satisfy the demand up to the year 1400- The research method is descriptive- analytic and because of its goal, it can be a practical- developing of the year 1400 would be estimated, then the general and raw practices has been used to remove the scarcity of house in Boroujerd and mass practices considered to estimate the number of needed houses in the horizon of the project. Also, mixed concentration of population method is used to anticipate the amount of needed land for body development of Boroujerd city. This study reveals the scarce of land for housing in Boroujerd city and proposes the use of worn out texture of the city, abandoned lands and destroyed houses for construction as a priority.
