LAND MANAGEMENT PROCESS OF CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF LAND PLOTS: STATE AND PROBLEMS

Abstract
The concept of “main purpose”, “purpose”, peculiarities of the change of the purpose of different types of ownership of land plots, stages of land management process of changing land plots purpose was explored. The existing legislative and regulatory problems and ways of their solution are found out.
