Land rent formation and features of its distribution in agriculture

Abstract
In this article the issues of formation of ground-rent with agricultural land use are discussed. The features of its redistribution in the agricultural sector. The ways of solving the existing problems on the distribution of land rent in today's lease of agricultural land in Ukraine are proposed.
