LAND RIGHTS IN THE SYSTEM OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND CITIZEN

Abstract

A systematic analysis of the existing system of rights to land of Ukrainian citizens is carried out. The property right, right of use and other limited real rights of citizens are investigated. The concept and specific features that characterize the legal nature of modern rights to land are determined.
