Land use informatization as a measure of improving the efficiency of land resources

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the paper is to synthesize and develop the principles of effective informatization of agricultural production within the framework of solving the problems of land use. Methodology of research. Solving the tasks set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special methods of research: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison. Findings. The means of informatization of the agricultural production system in the solution of the issue of increasing the efficiency of land use are investigated and summarized. Specifies the disadvantages of the current trend of informatization. Economic-mathematical models, which can form the basis for analytical provision of information processing, obtained from means of precise agriculture, are indicated, their strengths and weaknesses are indicated. Practical value. Despite the close attention given to the problem of ecology in the works of economists, the theory of economic and environmental modeling is in the stage of formation. Specialists still diverge both in approaches to solving these problems, and in methods of solution. In addition to the partial disadvantages of the approaches discussed, it raises questions for the researchers to evaluate the cost of natural objects on the basis of the costs that may be needed in order to reproduce the object again.
