Las murallas de Begastri
Journal Title: Alquipir - Year 2022, Vol 9, Issue 1
Abstract
The construction of the Begastri’s wall was made for the protection of outside enemies. The wall is based of “Opus Emplectum”. The wall has three sheets, two of them outer, which are filled with concrete (“Opus caemencium”). Because of the slowness of the construction process, it was built in sections. In order to cover the outside of the wall, it was used plaster and to conclude the doors they used Stone blocks.
